We’re offering LAYAWAY for Ery’s pre-order!

We hear you.

And because we hear you we’ve made a last minute decision and we will be offering layaway for Ery’s pre-order. The reason why we didn’t do it before is that we still don’t have a properly automated way to do it, so this time all will be very “manual”.

You’ll need to follow the steps provided in this picture very carefully. If you follow the steps, you’ll be done in no time because it’s super easy.

• 1. Log in your account, select your product, add it to your shopping cart and proceed to CHECK OUT normally.
• 2. Once you get to “STEP 5 – PAYMENT METHOD” choose “Cheque / Money Order Instructions”. This is important, DON’T CHOOSE PAYPAL because that option is for full payments only.
• 3. Write your Paypal address in the comment text field you will see below. This should be the Paypal address from which we will charge 50€ deposit for your order. If you place multiple orders, 50€ will be charged for each one of them. Your “STEP FIVE” should look like the picture below. You’ll just need to replace “youraddress@paypal.com” with your actual Paypal address.

• 4.Complete the remaining steps and place your order. At this point you still haven’t paid for the deposit. That’s OK, we’ll get to that tlater.
• 5. You will receive a confirmation email and your order status should be displayed as “PENDING” for as long as the pre-order is kept open (pre-order will end once we reach a determinate stock limit).
• 6. You will receive an invoice in the Paypal account you provided in the comment section right after the pre-order period officially ends, this may take a while so please be patient.
• 7. Once the payment is completed and verified your order will be updated from “Pending” to “Initial fee paid”. Once the invoice has been sent, a 48 hours limit will be offered to complete the payment. If payment is not received after that, we will assume the order has been abandoned and we will proceed to cancel it.
• 8. The installment plan works like this:
• -The first installment, a 50€ deposit charged at the beginning.
  –One month later, half of the remaining balance for your order will be charged as a second installment.
  –One month after that, the final half of the remaining balance will be charged as the third and final installment.
• 9. Although the payment is already complete your doll may not be ready to ship yet since the estimated date of shipment is 4 months after placing your order. This date may be subject to changes so please be patient! We will keep you informed of any developments regarding your order.
• 10. Customers will be responsible of providing accurate information and respecting the rules provided herein in order to make this layaway option possible. Irrealdoll won’t be held responsible of any mistakes made by the customer.

I’ll try to explain the LAYAWAY solution and the other payment methods a little bit further:

1. Paypal --> Only for full payments on day 1. You’ll be redirected to Paypal in order to complete your payment.
2. Bank transfer --> Only for full payments on day 1. You’ll receive instructions in how to transfer the money to Irrealdoll’s account.
3. Cheque/Money order --> Only for layaway. Payments will be done through Paypal but we need to send you the invoices manually first.

When you choose layaway you will only need to pay 50€ at the beginning, but you’ll need to wait for us to send you an invoice to your paypal account.

We will send you an invoice to the paypal address you indicated in the comment section right after selecting the payment method (which should be option 3, “cheque/ money order”) and you will be able to complete the payment for the deposit from there.

Then we will send you two additional invoices, one one month after paying the deposit and a final invoice one month after that.

Taking into account that the estimated date of shipping for Ery is 4 months, you should get it at the same time that those who paid in full, because the installment plan should be completed around the end of November. First installment (50 euros deposit) by the end of September --> Second installment by the end of October --> Third and final installment by the end of November.

Keep in mind that the deposit and the individual installments are NOT refundable, so please make sure you will be able to meet the deadlines.

Hope this explanation is clear enough!

•    1. Entra en tu cuenta, selecciona tu producto, añádelo a tu carrito y procede a completar la compra como harías normalmente.

•    2. Una vez que llegues al “PASO 5- MÉTODO DE PAGO” elige “Cheque / Money Order”. Este paso es muy importante, NO ELIJAS PAYPAL puesto que esa opción es exclusiva para pagos completos. 

•    3. Escribe tu dirección de Paypal en el cuadro de comentarios que encontrarás debajo. En esta dirección de Paypal se te cobrarán los 50€ del depósito de tu pedido. Si realizas varios pedidos, se te cobrará 50€ de depósito por cada uno. Tu “PASO 5” debería tener quedar como en la foto que puedes ver aquí debajo. Simplemente reemplaza “youraddress@paypal.com” por tu dirección real de Paypal.

•    4. Completa los pasos restantes y finaliza tu pedido. Llegados a este punto, todavía no has pagado ninguna señal. Esto es correcto, te lo explicamos un poco más adelante.

•    5. Recibirás un email de confirmación y el estado de tu pedido se marcará como “PENDIENTE” durante el tiempo que dure el pre-order, que se cerrará una vez que se alcance un número determinado de stock.

•    6. Recibirás una factura en la dirección de Paypal que nos proporcionaste en el cuadro de comentarios una vez que el periodo de pre-order se haya considerado clausurado, esto podría llevar algún tiempo por lo que se paciente por favor.

•    7. Una vez que el pago haya sido completado y verificado, el estado de tu pedido será actualizado de “PENDIENTE” a “SEÑAL PAGADA”. Una vez que se haya enviado la factura, se ofrecerá un límite de 48 horas para completar el pago. Si el pago no es recibido después de este plazo, daremos por hecho que el pedido se ha abandonado y procederemos a la cancelación del mismo.

•    8. El sistema de plazos funciona así:

•    -Un primer plazo, una señal de 50€ que se paga al principio.

•    –Un mes después, la mitad de la cantidad restante se cobrará en un segundo plazo.

•    –Un mes después de este, la otra mitad de la cantidad restante se cobrará como el tercer y último plazo.

•    9. Aunque el pago se haya completado, el muñeco puede no estar listo para envíar aún puesto que el tiempo estimado de producción es de 4 meses. Esta fecha puede estar sujeta a cambios ¡por lo que se paciente, por favor! Te mantendremos informado/a de cualquier novedad acerca de tu pedido.

•    10. Para que esta opción de pago a plazos sea posible, los clientes son responsables de ofrecer una información correcta. Irrealdoll no se hace responsable de ningún error por parte del cliente a la hora de proporcionar estos datos.

===INFORMACIÓN ACTUALIZADA PARA EL PRE-ORDER DE ERY===

Voy a intentar explicar los métodos de pago y cómo funciona el método de pago a plazos un poco más en profundidad.

1. Paypal –> Solo para pagos completos al realizar tu pedido. Serás redirigido a Paypal para completar tu pago.

2. Transferencia Bancaria –> Solo para pagos completos al realizar tu pedido. Recibirás instrucciones sobre cómo transferir la cantidad total a la cuenta de Irrealdoll.

3. Cheque/Money order –> Solo para pagos a plazos. Los pagos se realizan a través de Paypal pero tenemos que mandarte las facturas manualmente primero.

Cuando seleccionas pagos a plazos solo tendrás que pagar 50€ en un principio, pero tendrás que esperar a que enviemos la factura a tu cuenta.

Te enviaremos una factura a la dirección de Paypal que indicaste en el cuadro de comentarios justo después de elegir tu método de pago (que debería ser la opción 3, “cheque/ money order”) y podrás completar el pago de la señal desde dicha factura.

Luego te enviaremos dos facturas más, la primera un mes después de haber pagado la señal, y la segunda un mes después de eso.

Teniendo en cuenta de que el plazo estimado para el envío de Ery son 4 meses, el muñeco debería ser enviado al mismo tiempo que para aquellos que hayan hecho el pago completo, puesto que para finales de Noviembre habrías completado ya los pagos.

El primer plazo (señal de 50 euros) a finales de Septiembre –> Segundo plazo a finales de Octubre –>Tercer y último plazo a finales de Noviembre.

Recuerda no realizamos devoluciones tanto de la señal como de los otros dos plazos individuales, por lo que por favor asegúrate de que vas a poder hacer frente a los plazos.
