We’re doing something special with the new Ino pre-order.
We promised you that there would be plenty of them and that everyone would have a chance to buy one.
Our new website was taking too long to get fixed and we thought we should order a number of Inos in advance, in order to be prepared for the website opening because we wanted to sell them as “in stock” items. Unfortunately those Inos are still not here and that’s why we are offering them as a pre-order, because they’re not in stock, they’re still being produced.
Since we weren’t sure about how many Inos would be sold, we ordered a discrete amount of them. It may be enough for this preorder, but we don’t really know how much do you love Ino so maybe they’re not enough.
The solution we just thought for this issue is:
We are offering 2 different pre-orders.
First we are going to offer those limited units as a regular preorder on Sunday, November 2nd. Remember that these Inos are alredy being produced so that’s why we gave that estimated time of production of 2 months, you should get them earlier than previous preorders.
Only if all those units are completely sold out, the day after that (November, Monday 3rd), we will offer another pre-order and we will leave it open for 2 days.
We’ll treat them as separate pre-orders. The one taking place in Sunday will only include those limited units already in production.
If you pre-order Ino on Sunday with a full payment you may have it at home early January if everything goes well (customers who choose layaway payment will have to wait a little longer most likely, since dolls are not shipped until all installments are due).
If you pre-order Ino on Monday, production will probably take 3-4 months, like it did in previous occasions.
Long story short: There will be Inos for everyone, but if you pre-order on Sunday you’ll have it at home way earlier.

Vamos a hacer algo especial con la nueva venta anticipada de Ino.
Os prometimos que habría unidades para todos y que todo el mundo tendría la oportunidad de comprarlo.
Los arreglos de nuestra nueva web estaban llevando más tiempo del previsto y pensamos que lo mejor seria producir una cierta cantidad Inos para que estuviesen listos para la apertura de la nueva web, porque queríamos venderlos directamente como productos “en stock”. Desgraciadamente esos Inos todavía no han llegado y es por eso que los estamos ofreciendo como venta anticipada, porque aún están siendo producidos, no están en stock.
Como no estábamos seguros de cuántos Inos se venderían, solicitamos una cantidad modesta de ellos. Puede que sean suficientes para esta venta anticipada, pero como no sabemos cúanto queréis a Ino quizá no sean suficientes.
La solución que hemos pensado para este problema es:
Vamos a ofrecer dos periodos de venta anticipada diferentes.
Primero vamos a ofrecer estas unidades limitadas el Domingo 2 de Noviembre. Recordad que estos Inos están produciéndose ya y es por lo que hemos dado una fecha de producción estimada de 2 meses, por lo que os llegarían a casa antes que en otras ventas anticipadas que hemos realizado anteriormente.
Solo si todas estas unidades limitadas se agotan, el día siguiente (Lunes 3 de Noviembre), abriremos otro nuevo periodo de venta anticipada que dejaremos abierta durante 2 días.
Trataremos a estas dos ventas anticipadas por separado. La que tiene lugar el Domingo 2 de Noviembre incluye solo esas unidades limitadas que ya están en producción.
Si realizas tu compra anticipada de Ino el Domingo mediante un pago completo, podrías tenerlo en casa a principios de Enero si todo va bien (los clientes que elijan la modalidad de pago a plazos probablemente tengan que esperar algo más puesto que los muñecos no se envían hasta que no se hayan completado todos los plazos).
Si realizas tu compra anticipada el Lunes, la producción llevará unos 3-4 meses aproximadamente, como en ocasiones anteriores.
Para resumir: Habrá Inos para todos, pero si realizas tu compra anticipada el Domingo, lo tendrás en casa mucho antes.
