Nur and Ino pre-orders this weekend!
Hello friends!
Our new website is finally up and runnning, and we would like to celebrate this particular event with two new pre-orders in the same weekend!
We will begin with Nur this Saturday 1st of November at 19:00 PM UTC+1 Timezone (Spain Time). We will be offering two skin tones for Nur, Toffee and Milkshake, and you will be able to choose between three different make up options. Stock will be very limited, so better practice your online purchasing skills this week if you’re interested in adopting him!
Then the next day, on Sunday 2nd of November, also at 19:00 PM UTC+1 Timezone (Spain Time), we will open a new Ino pre-order, featuring the two new skin tones, Milkshake and Peanut. Toffee will be also offered.
Please take the time to register a new account on the new website and read carefully all the information on how to place orders. We’ve prepared a complete INFO & FAQ section that hopefully will clear all your questions.
Even if you’re a returning Irrealdoll customer, take into account that the shop works differently than before in some aspects.
Most important changes you need to be aware of are:
- Taxes calculations for residents of the EU have been included. Customers outside of the EU are exempt of these taxes.
- We also added a 10% discount in Engendritos for residents of the EU in order to keep the same price as before, including taxes.
- You can now pay using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard and 4B)
- We decided not to remove Paypal as a payment option based on your feedback, but it will be limited to full payments only.
- Layaway payments are made through credit card only and installments are charged automatically.
- Purchases are limited to 1 doll per order. You can place multiple orders, but you must complete one order before placing a new one.

Nuestra nueva web está por fin en pleno funcionamiento y nos gustaría celebrar la ocasión con dos nuevas ventas anticipadas… ¡en el mismo fin de semana!
Empezaremos con Nur este Sábado 1 de Noviembre a las 19:00 PM (hora peninsular de España). Ofreceremos dos tonos de piel para Nur, Toffe y Milkshake y tendrás la posibilidad de elegir entre tres opciones de maquillaje diferentes. ¡El stock será bastante limitado por lo que practica tus habilidades de compra online esta semana si estás interesado en adoptarlo!
El día siguiente, Domingo 2 de Noviembre también a las 19:00 PM (hora peninsular de España) abriremos una nueva venta anticipada de Ino, con los nuevos tonos de piel, Milkshake y Peanut. También ofreceremos el tono de piel Toffee.
Por favor, tomaos un momento para registrar una cuenta en la nueva web y leed cuidadosamente toda la información acerca de cómo realizar pedidos. Hemos preparado una completa sección INFO y FAQ que esperamos que resuelva cualquier duda que podáis tener.
Incluso si ya habéis sido clientes de Irrealdoll antes, tened en cuenta que la tienda funciona de forma diferente a como lo hacía antes en algunos aspectos. Los cambios más importantes que debéis conocer son:
- Se han incluido cálculos de impuestos para clientes residentes en la UE. Los clientes de fuera de la UE están exentos de estos impuestos.
- Hemos añadido un descuento del 10% para los residentes de la UE, de manera que el precio de los Engendritos se mantenga tal y como estaba antes, incluyendo los impuestos.
- Ahora es posible pagar con tarjeta de crédito (Visa, Mastercard y 4B).
- Hemos decidido no eliminar Paypal como método de pago basándonos en vuestras peticiones, pero ahora está limitado a pagos completos.
- Los pagos a plazos se realizan ahora a través de Tarjeta de Crédito y los cobros se realizan automáticamente.
- Las compras están limitadas a 1 muñeco por pedido. Puedes realizar varios pedidos, pero tienes que completar uno antes de realizar uno nuevo.

De momento Ino tendrá que esperar, hicimos un pre-order de Ino bastante grande hace no mucho tiempo y tenemos otros lanzamientos nuevos pendientes 🙂
